JUST IT – Terms of Service

Welcome to JUST IT. By accessing our platform and participating in our community allocations, you agree to the following terms:

• Service Scope: JUST IT provides a private concierge gateway delivering authentic Italian culinary selections directly to designated partner communities, including luxury residential buildings, corporate teams, and private clubs.

• Account & Community Access: Access to our curated selections is private and non-transferable, reserved exclusively for registered members within our partner network.

• Order Consolidation: Individual member requests are aggregated into a single community allocation. All orders are final once the community closing window expires.

• Delivery Protocol: Deliveries are made in a unified shipment to the predefined reception, desk, or concierge area of your community. Title and risk of loss pass to the member upon delivery to the community’s designated drop-off point.

We reserve the right to limit allocations to maintain product authenticity and quality standards.
